99 4 door jimmy lift???
mdehoogh already said it, but the ZR2 bars will fit. You may not want to or be able to turn the T-bars up after installing the ZR2 bars since they will likely make your truck ride a bit higher with the same bolt height. Here's a link to a thread where its discussed in pretty good detail, including the torsion bar measurements.
You also should check your shocks if your truck is riding like a boat. The shocks are super easy to change in our trucks. Good luck!

Yeah the whole suspension is gettn an overhaul. I'd like to get some good beefy shocks but not really sure on what to get cause I want to lift it. Like will the standard shock get stretched out with the lift or no?
Any of those T-bars would fit your blazer. I have a set of ZR2 bars that are going in this weekend. The hardest part is finding some for a decent price. As for the shocks, if you're lifting your truck you definatly will want to consider longer shocks. With the factory shocks you will have the problem of them maxing out when extended rather than the suspension maxing out (ie. your control arms will be hanging from the shocks when extended).
I'm not certain, and if anyone knows for sure please chime in, but I think all the 1/2 ton trucks with a 5 bolt pattern were a 5 on 5" pattern, where ALL s-series trucks are a 5 on 4.75" which is shared with most RWD chevy cars. I'm fairly certain that the rims from a full size chevy truck would not fit our S-series trucks.
