Default 99 4x4 LS Lift

Hey,

As you can tell I have a '99 Blazer 4x4 LS. I have been thinking of lifting the vehicle, and prefer the suspension lift. But what really gets me is I don't know how to go about it and what would be the "cheapest" way. Difficulty doesn't concern me, I will cross that bridge when I get there. I also like the idea of the block lifts for the rear axle, but what would have to be done to the front? I am looking for a 2" to 4" lift. Nothing dramatic, just enough to liven it up and give it a "stance" if you know what I mean. Also, it appears that the front end sits about 1" lower than the rear. Am I correct in saying that about the 99 Blazers?

Any comment in helping me decide what to do is appreciated!
Thanks!

The most common and cost effective way to lift your Blazer is a T-Bar Crank and longer shackles on the back. Blocks wont work for Blazers because the axle sits on top of the leafs, a block would only lower it. With the t-bar crank, you can get as much as 2" in the front but it's pretty agreed upon here that you don't want to lift it lore than 1.5" to save excessive wear on front end components.
