'99 blazer front end body lift options?
I know you can use shackles or extra leaf in the back, but are there any options for the front end besides the torsion bar crank? I know you can get keys that are angled differently than the factory ones, but how high can you really go?
I am looking to do 2.5 - 3 inch body lift and not sure what the best way is to go about it on the front end.
any advice is appreciated.

First off, a body lift isn't the same as the shackle/leaf/torsion lift. A body lift (which comes in 2" or 3" kits) is made up of nylon blocks that lift the body off the frame. It doesn't require shackles or cranking the tbars. It also won't affect ride quality and won't add the stress that comes along with the suspension lift
As far as the suspension lift goes, the torsion bars are the only way (there are a few other options but they are considerably more expensive and involved). The keys help if you have worn out torsion bars by allowing you to crank them further than the stock keys and adjusting bolts will allow. It's recommended that you don't crank the bars more than 1.5-2". That amount of height can usually be accomplished with the stock keys which is why a lot of people don't bother with aftermarket keys.
Hope that helps
