Only looking for a more aggressive look without breaking the bank or wearing out any parts because I can't afford to fix them at the moment. I have a 99 4 door blazer. Its my daily driver. Looking to put 30's or 31's on it. Would the 2" body lift be the best bet? Would the lift clear 31's with no trimming? If anyone has any pics could you post it please. Thanks

Here are some pics:
Right after I got 31s put on. I had trimmed just a tad but it was still rubbing.

Close up of it at full lock STANDING STILL. It WILL rub when you actually get going because of the road surface and weight in motion.

A more recent picture of clearance. As you can see, I also trimmed the front just a tad as well. This isn't necessary, but I just felt like it lol. Excuse the mud

To add to his question, would it be possible to do a 2" body lift and T-bar crank? Then put the 31s on? To get a more beastly look without breaking the bank? Or would it be better off just doing a 2.5" suspension from rough country or something similar?

Any time you crank the T bars, you increase wear. The best/cheapest way to get 2" is to do a body lift. Only then, if you need a little more clearance, would I suggest cranking the T bars. Don't go too high though.
