Default Which Body Lift?

I've got a little dilemma with choosing a body lift kit. I've got the stock '97 front bumper but I've got a '98+ rear bumper. I know the '95-'97 kit comes with a front bumper relocation but I thought the rear just uses the stock bracket somehow. Obviously this wouldn't work with the newer style bumper. Would I be better off to get the '98+ kit, which will have the correct rear bumper bracket or should I just stick with the '95-'97 kit and figure out something for the the rear bumper? I wasn't really sure what else was different between the kits. Thanks
