Default body lift problems

I've found a set of tow hook lifting blocks, but what about my spare tire? The only way to get it down is through that small hope on the rear bumper. Is there an alternative way to get the tire out, or should I plan on drilling a new hole?

you will have to drill a new hole, i think so kits come with a plug for the old hole...i am sure you could go to big box hardware dept and find something that would trim out the new access hole...i just said to hell with it and put on a spare carrier...
