Default Diffrent torsoin bar heights?

Well i went under my car to crank them up about an inch, and well the passanger side bolt is over half way in and the Driver side one is way over half way out. The diffrence in the height from the tire from the fenders on either side is about and 1/8th of an inch diffrence. Any ideas on whats up?

Crank the drivers side so its the same as the passengers and then crank then both equal amounts.

You should never crank the bolts until they are both at the same depth in the torsion bar adjusting mount. You must measure the ride height to equalize it side to side.

The reason for the variation in adjusting bolt depth is due to differences in the spring rates between the two bars. For whatever reason, it always seems that the passenger side torsion bar begins to sag over the years on these trucks. You can either live with it, or replace the torsion bar.

Thanks for the help, that makes sense, mine must really be getting worn out because i think i have about two turns left and it will be all the way in. Thanks interesting that it would sag like that, just another wonderful blessing of the Blazer wahoo. Can i just replave the spring thats in there or the whole torsion bar?

The torsion bar IS the spring, so the short answer is YES lol... good luck, I've always wondered how to do that.
