Default Does A Body Lift Ruin The "Ride"?

As i have told people this i have had a few people tell me it will ruin the "ride". is this true? what exactly do they mean by this?

I don't see how a body lift can ruin the ride as your only raising the body 2/3" off the frame, and not touching the suspension in any way.

A tb crank can depending on tastes, as it will stiffen it.

IMO body lift is the easiest way to gain a couple inches of tire clearence without stressing out factory suspension parts in ways they were not designed for.

Tell said people to pull their head out of their ***... how would a lift that doesn't have anything to do with the suspension affect the ride? Ask them that lmao. Just choose your tires right and it shouldn't ride too different.

Most people do a body lift to be able to fit bigger tires while keeping the stock ride.

Just a slightly higher center of gravity. I can't speak from experience since I don't have a body lift, but a higher center of gravity will make it easier to roll in hard turns, abrupt maneuvers, etc. Not sure if 2" or however tall the body lift is will make a noticeable difference.

If you drive normal and not like a tool, you don't have to worry about roll overs. Again, I have no issues at all since I have a 6" lift and 2" body lift.

I have a 3 inch body lift and when i installed the the kit I did new bushings to . It rides better than ever , however the lift blocks are going through the floor mounts or crushing them . I plan on making some plates to put between the lift blocks and the body , that should fix that problem.
