Default How to do a t-bar crank ???

Just wondering if anyone can give me a step by step guide on how to do a t bar crank I know I have to jack the truck up but where also I am kind of limited on jacks and stands I only have 1 of each is there anything I can substitute for either? Also I am unsure of where exactly the t bar is? What tools do I need? what is the maximum I can crank it without damaging anything? also does the t bar crank only lift the front or just the rear or does cranking it lift the entire vehicle? This would be my 1st time ever doing a t bar crank and I want to make sure I do it right and don't mess anything up. I would like to do a 1.5" crank.

tbar crank its just the front follow the link above it has all the information you need

and for the rear go with 2 inch lift shackles

make sure there 8 inches between holes

the stock ones are 4 inches between holes

every inch is 1/2 lift
