would lift spindels solve a cv axel issue?

Never heard of lift spindles and coil spacers are useless as you have tbars.

Agreed, no coil springs=no coil spacers. And if you mean lifted spindles like the lowered spindles 2wd uses, no can do. On 4wd only way around CV is to get custom parts made, 5 or 6 inch suspension lift, or SFA (Solid front axle). Either one is time consuming, costly, and labor involved. Welcome to S10 Blazer customizing! heh
