Default lift using torsion

I was thinking of lifting my blazer by torsion bars and shackles. Will that give the same or close height as a ZR2? I was told the ZR2 is lifted 2" from factory and from the other posts on here ive read they sayu can lift by adjusting torsion up to 2".

this should be under Suspension tech: lifting tech subforum.

and 2" crank on your torsion bars, not recomended, Youd be better off cranking 1 1/2" and buying an actual lift kit (you'll end up spending the same amount on repairs unless you're lucky)

you have also only been cranked 2 inches for a short period of time....

true, you will not see any effects immediately.... the damage takes a long time....
