My 2" shackle lift

I wouldn't go over 2 inches. Over that I would replace the springs. But I am no expert. Also, you shouldn't crank your torsion bars over 2" max. So you would need to replace the front suspension components if they were any bigger. Most of those kits come with new leafs anyway.

Try this
but TBH i have seen more trail shovels than rakes on 4WDs
The most common set up is just like you said: +1.5 T-bar in the front and shakles in the rear. From what I remember, 1.5" shakles were more common than any other size, but if you can get 2" shakles, why not?
As BlaziNator said, more than +2" over factory on the t-bars will lead to faster break down of your suspension bits. This is subject to debate, because for every one that cranks there ride up +3 and makes it last 2 years, there is a guy that looks at his t-bar funny and eats up a CV every 6 months.
Stick to what ever you can afford/looks right to you. I think +1.5F / +2R will be right for me.

I was looking at my blazer and noticed that the rear is sagging a bit, and when a little bit of stuff is in the rear it almost squats so i was thinking of getting an add a leaf to my car. So if i did that it says that it adds 1 1/2 inchs to it would i also need to do the shackles? the add a leaf thing would just take it back to stock then i can do the shackles. What do you think?
