I currently have my t bars tweaked 2" is that too much if it used as a daily driver and off road? it has the stock keys also nothing fancy. I just want to make sure I wont be stranded when I make my daily 20 mile commute.

mainly your CV's because they are being but at a steeper angle then they are designed for. cranking them 1.5 inches isnt horrible, but when you add torsion key to them and go past 1.5 inches stuff will really start to go out.

yea, the clicking, or just a good ol rip in the boot and cv grease all over the underside of your ride, also the possibility of a cluncking type in the front when the ball joints start to wear...

So clicking means CV axle is broke and clunking means ball joint is starting to wear are there any other parts I need to worry about or just those 2 ? also are there parts that I can get a lifetime warranty so I won't have to keep buying them over and over again ? one more question to okiedoak20 where did you get your ZR2 t bars and can I get some that will fit my blazer ?

Most of the Autozone and Advanced Auto part stuff is life time warrenty, but i think its life time for a reason, better quality stuff from MOOG or TIMKIN is never life time.. Its just better quality from the start, It seems most of the Autozone and Advanced Auto part stuff is china made, China = cheep or lesser quality... I got the ZR-2 bars from a member here at BF, his ZR-2 was totaled and was parting it out, so $100 later here they are, Im not 100% on the fitment from GEN 2 blazer T-bars on a GEN 1 blazer, there may be someone on here that may know, the ride is stiffer, but not harsh, plus i dont need to adjust the T-bars as much to get the same hight (lift)..
