Need some help
OK I got my BDS 5" lift about 2 years ago. I love it, the truck is awsome but I have one problem. I keep chewing through tires. For some reason the inside of my front tires keep wearing out. I have had a front end alignment done a few times and it doesnt seem to help. Does anyone have any ideas? Can the t-bars being cranked up to high cause this?

mine did that it was a camber issue. would only do it on drivers side...i ended up getting a new camber washer and bolt set and it went away, after an adjustment or two.

If there doing a correct alignment, and it is in spec. With my ifs lift they told me they couldnt get it perfect, after lift was installed. If its in spec. retourque all the lift brackets. make sure there not moving. Of course, all this takes in account that everything in the steering/suspension is in perfect condition. that will cause wear issues.

Where did you get the camber washer and bolt set from. That may be something for me to look into. Perhaps the top needs to be shimmed on mine?

I bought my set from car quest. Dealer was out. I had to replace my driverside rear one. After that i had adjusted it myself with trial and error...i bounced suspension a couple of times with a short drive and checked it out that way....you may want to have a shop do it....up to you. I was happy with my results. Hope that helps ya out.
