Default New Torsion Bars

My friend modified a Silveradoe 2500 HD torsion bar set to fit on his 98 2 door Blazer and got a decent front end lift out of it, but he sold it before I got mine, so I can't use it as a reference. I was thinking about getting a pair from a ZR2, would this lift me any higher than say me cranking my stock torsion bars? Give me all the info you can on this. Thanks
