Default some susupension questions86/87 k5

i have two k5 blazers an 86 k5 blazer with an auto trans and a 87 k5 with an manual trans. i am planning on lifting one of them using 4 inch leafs front and back and also 3-4 inch blocks front and back....i have the shocks, brake lines, drop down sway bar brackets, drop steering arm. what all else will i need for either the manual or auto trans blazer when i choose to put the lift on either one.

For 7-8 inches of lift, you will have to get longer driveshafts. You may need to clock the transfer case and drop the back of the transfer case down a bit to lessen the angles as well...
