nobody makes a 3in suspension lift. Your options are 2, 5, and 6.

If you wanna stay cheap then just crank your T-bars for a free 1.5" lift in the front... that will level your Blazer out.
Then install a body lift if you want to spend a few hundred bucks.

the only lift you can get that is 3 inches is a body lift. and the 3 inch body lift requires modification to make it fit a second generation. and once you get past 2 inches of lift things get expensive...

Rough country has a 2 to 3 inch suspenion lift it's not that hard to install but you do need a torsion bar tool to unload and load the torsion bars and you can crank it up to about 3 inches higher

^^^

Getting 3" out of the RC lift is straining things further than they should be because you are not dropping the front diff and re-aligning things properly. If your front end is sagging already a t-bar crank (with better T-bars) might seem like 3", but it really isn't.

Lots of folks run the 1.5" t-bar crank and rear shackles to fit 31s with little or no rub and a 2" body lift basically eliminates any rub without trimming.

the rough country lift is pretty much a waste of money. the only thing that it comes with that is anything special is new control arms. this still only lifts the front end 2" and isn't any better than cranking the stock tbars

Is this still possible to do (without any major mods) if have already installed a 2" body lift kit on my 96' Jimmy?

Thanks.
