If you are having a hard time finding them then you are not looking very hard because they are everywhere. You will get a better ride with shackles instead of an add a leaf though bro so you might wanna consider that. Without knowing if you are 4x4 or not I will assume u are. here are a few links I found in literally one search on BING. Without knowing your price range I will just post a few different options

lift kits

1-3" Torsion 2" Shackle Lift Kit S10 Blazer 4WD 82-05 - eBay (item 170535427456 end time Mar-31-11 11:20:12 PDT)

Suspension Lift by SuperLift- 1998-03 S10 ZR2 Blazer/ S15 Highrider Jimmy 4WD 2" Front / 2" Rear: Ultimate Auto Accessories

if you really want the add a leaf you can buy these and then by the torsion keys elsewhere.

well where can you find just the torsion keys because everytime i look noone has the right year unless there all the same for s10 blazers. i want a sort of stiffer ride and thats what the add a leaf provides i am not apposed to shackles im just weighing my options. if the kit is easier ill just do that because its cheap i dont want to spend more then two hundred

You really don't need keys unless your t-bars are sagging already. You can max out the lift on stock keys to the point of blowing through other suspension/drivetrain components; provided the bars are still holding up what they were designed to. If not, keys won't fix the actual problem of sagging t-bars.

New keys aren't going to correct the harsh angles in the suspension & drivetrain that result from too much lift. As Benedict stated, 1.5" is generally the acceptable limit before there are problems with wearing out the ball joints & CV shafts.
