Default zr2 body lift?

ok so i have been wanting to do this 2"' bl on my 99 zr2 and i am headign a few different things on whats all needed..
the kit comes with
Front & rear bumper relocation system included
Rear bumper brackets are for appearance only. The rear bumper cannot be used for towing after installation.
Tow hook relocation
Fuel fill extension
Fan Shroud relocation
Vehicles equipped with a Vortec V6 may require modification of air intake. NO WORIES HERE I HAVE THE K&N INTAKE

my question is about the steering shaft... any mods needed?
anything else i am going to need?
also i dont want to move the bumpers down i dont like how it looks.. so can i get something like a univerisal kit.. and them mod the fan shround and the fuel filler tube?

sorry im a noob at body lifts

Bumper don't move down, they move up too look factory. You have to modify your front valance to fit your tow hooks. Steering shaft doesn't get touched. I didn't need the gas filler neck extension when I did my body lift. Make sure you have a sawzall because you need to cut the inside of the rear bumper to fit the new location.
