Exclamation ***headlights not working on passenger side/yellowish dim lights

So recently my headlight bulbs just started to dim. they work absolutely fine on the drivers side, yet they are a dim "yellowish" glow, not even close to how bright they normally should be. i have switched bulbs in different orders, swapping the drivers side bulbs to the passengers side, and opened up the fuse box in the engine area and have no idea how to check the fuses to see if they are in fact blown. common sense would say, if they're broken its blown, and i have checked all fuses to see if that was the case but turned out all were intact. there is no fraying or cracks in the wiring from the headlight bulbs, and i am at a loss here. i do not know if i should just replace all the bulbs, replace the complete wiring to the bulbs, replace all the fuses, or what i should do. any help in any direction would be much appreciated and has anyone experienced this problem before with their blazer? its a 2nd gen 2001 blazer ls, with stock headlights. thank you for your time reading and responding to my post.

If it has DRL (sensor on the PS dash) &/or auto headlights it could be that.

checked the DRL relay, nothing wrong with it. im thinking it may be something with my actual wiring harness, but thats gonna take some time to open up the loom and check each wire to make sure its not messed up in any way. ill keep you all posted on this, as i have seen numerous other posts similar to mine
