so recently i noticed that my DRLs are on all the time, but dimmer than usual. even when its night time and my low beams are on, the DRLs are still on, but dimly.
also, my driver side low beam is very dim and not as bright as the passenger side one. And, when i switch to high beams, only the passenger side switches over. the driver side doesnt turn on the high beam, it just stays dim and the low beam on the driver side is still on, but dim just like when i was set to low beams.
all of the bulbs were replaced this month, so i'm wondering what might be the problem here.
any help would be appreciated, as i do alot of night driving and need that driver side working as soon as possible.

I'd check all of your fuses and relays that are related to the headlights. If there isn't any thing wrong with those then it sounds like someone has been messing with the wiring.
When the DRLs are on the high beams are put in series with each other which is why they are dimmer than usual. When the low beams or high beams are turned on, the series connection for the high beams DRL is disconnected so that they can be used as normal. I'd check to see if the relay associated with the lights is functioning correctly.
But then again, it could be the sensor on the dash is bad for the auto lights, or maybe there is a computer that controls the DRLs in your blazer that is being problematic. I'm not sure how the DRLs is set up on these and you didn't mention what year your blazer is to begin with so that makes it harder as well.
