I'm trying to help my Grandparents out, their 1995 blazer's parking lights and headlights won't come on.Apparently there is also turn signals in the headlight area? those don't work either, but the lower turn signals do. When I turn them on with the car off and door open the audible warning horn comes on that they are on, but the actual lights don't work. I pulled the dash cover off too look at the switch, there is some brown on the white plastic plug around the middle connections, maybe it got hot?
