hi there ! I am new here so bare with me ! I have a 99 blazer 4x4 and next to the parking lights I have 2 clear lights ! the bulbs are good but they don't work on emergency flashers, turn signals , headlights or parking lights ! what are they there for ? thanks guys !

 

Fog lights. Your vehicle should have a button under the headlight switch for them. If it does not, the normal parking lights were probably replaced with the ones with fogs. You can wire a switch for them, or tie them into the low beams if you want functionality, but from what I've heard, they suck anyway so...

Fog lights, if you really want to call them that. That is their "intended purpose"

But them being so far off the ground they have no purpose.
