1996 s10 blazer #4 fuse blows while going up hill

Default 1996 s10 blazer #4 fuse blows while going up hill
My 1996 s10 4 door 4x4 v6 blazer #4 fuse keeps blowing when I go up hill on a bumpy road. It don't blow while driving on pavement. The fuse operates the gauges. One of the gauges is the alternator gauge which means it stops charging when that fuse blows. Thanks for any help
