can anyone please help me with this horn problem?I have a 1999 chevy blazer horn is stuck on will not shut off i had to take relay out under hood.i thought relay was bad switched with another one still stays on.what could be the problem.i also took airbag off and pulled horn piece out of steering wheel it had 2red wires and had it clear from wheel and horn stilled stayed on.but i was just looking at horn wiring in column and didn,t see any wires red on steering wheel only black was that the wrong piece with spring and 2 red wires going to it?
