Get under the truck and find the ground connection point for the fuel pump on the left rear frame rail and make sure that all connections are clean, solid and tight.

ok as soon as the weather brakes around here oh and i allso made a test light for the fuse box ! ill let you know my findings

If the ground is ok then its most likely a short to power in a wire bundle somewhere like under the drivers side carpet from water leaks and corrosion.
