Well, 4 days after replacing the tail light sockets, and no action out of the rear windshield wiper, got into Blazer this morning, went to leave for work and the problem came back. Also noticed a clicking noise coming under the dash when pressing the brake before shifting out of park, which is new, found the same issue on another thread. Going to try to trace down the part that's making the noise. I see where I can go from there, Don't know if the two problems could be related.
