Default 2000 Blazer - No Electrical power

I have a 2000 Blazer 4x4 with the 4.3L. After jumping my fathers truck using the Blazer my wife drove to the local wal-mart. When she came out and attempted to start the Blazer...nothing. There are no dash lights, the interior lights do not come on, not even the ding from having the key in the ignition and door open. I checked the battery and it is fine. Used my Volt meter and there seems to be some issue at the positive battery cable. My first test showed power going to the cable then the next time nothing. I cleaned the posts (this is a side post bat) and cleaned the cable but still noting. Read in another post the this blazer may have in inline fuse? Is it poss that I blew that fuse while jumping my father's truck? I am a novice here and learn by doing and watching YouTube vids to get me started. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
