Default 2000 Chevy Blazer Security System Issue???

I own above vehicle, 2000 Chevy Blazer, 4 door, 4x4
I was driving it, went to give it gas and and it quit running.
We can hear the fuel pump whine when we turn the ignition on, so that's working, we looked at the fuses and they were all good, we switched out the relay switch under the hood and replaced the fuel filter on the gas line, all to no avail.
My Security light on the dash is blinking, when you put the key in the ignition it will blink until you start it, also when you park and take the key out and use the power lock for the doors, it will blink until the door is closed.
Could the security system have something to do with why it will not start?
I can get it running by directly putting gasoline into the intake on the block and it will run until there is nothing being put in then it will die again. There isn't any gas getting to the intake, that is why we replaced fuel filter, thinking clog. I'm out of ides, please suggest other things to check out,
Thank You

Default

The operation of the security light sounds normal for the CTD system. So long as the security light doesn't stay on after you've started the vehicle, it shouldn't be causing your no start condition. If the passlock system were interrupting things, the engine should start and then die 2-3 seconds later.

You have verified that the no-start is related to a lack of fuel so that really narrows down the diagnosis. The next step I would recommend is putting a fuel pressure gauge on it and seeing what the pressure is, comparing it to the 2nd Gen Fuel System Diagnosis. Let us know what you find!
