2001 Headlight Test

Default 2001 Headlight Test
Low beam bulb burns out every couple months. Using NAPA bulbs. Is there any test? What is the right bulb both hi & low beam? Over the years & other owner replaced with wrong bulb? Drivers side.

High beam and low beam are different bulbs in the 2001 Blazer. If they're the same in yours I'd guess it's because someone modified it?
