Default 2001 s10 blazer starting issue

I have a 01 s10 blazer that sometimes doesn’t want to start. I turn the key to start and voltage gauge drops and it acts like battery is dead. I can cycle the key and most times it will start on second try.
Battery is newer, alternator is new. All ground wires from battery to frame, engine have been removed, cleaned and reinstalled. All power connections were checked and secure.
Ignition wiring harness has been changed along with lock cylinder.
All this stuff done and it still try’s to act as if better is dead but it will always start with cycling the key.
Also there are no codes in the computer to indicate anything wrong.
Help help help
any ideas?
Thank you
