2004 chevy blazer

dose anyone know if the steering wheel is designed to lock when the vehicle is parked and turned off, all vehicles i have had the steering wheel locks and this one dose not.

Yes it should lock

Turn the steering wheel with the key out it should lock.

ok thank you for your help, i will be replacing my lock cylinder to correct it.
