Exclamation 95 Blazer with No Brake Lights Help!!!

I have a 95 blazer 4wd. Recently the brake lights stopped working. The turn signals and taillights work. I replaced the brake light switch this morning. The fuse is good and we have power in the fuse box when tested. I took the light in the back out and when I hit the brake I wasn't getting any power back there. Please help!! thanks

if it has trailer wiring take a look where the trailer plug splices into the harness
A lot of guys use scotchlok connectors to make trailer splices and it often breaks the wire later on

Where did you find info on how to replace the brake light switch? I need to do mine and have no idea what to do/what to look for. The shop wants $80 to do this job. **** that.
