Default 97 Blazer - Hitch Wiring

I have five wires tied up under the bumper - Red, Green, Black, Blue and White.. Black is for the park lights, and white is my ground.

My schematic does not show me what the red, green or blue are for. I have utilized a digital meter to check for the left and turn signals, but I am not reading anything.

Anyone else seen this, or have a better schematic?

Thanks in advance,

UPDATE: OK all....... Live and learn. I removed an additional 6" of electrical tape that was wrapped around the wiring harness, that was tie wrapped to the factory hitch. There were the wires I needed. The "green" wire I was trying to get to work for the right turn signals ended up being a "light green". Dark green was the conductor color I needed.

All went well.
