97 blazer turn signals not working

Default 97 blazer turn signals not working
i changed the bulbs,,relay and the fuse the turnsignal switch is also 4 ways and wipers but they all work except whe i try to turn the left or right signal on what could this be please help me

hazard switch or multi function switch

In my case, it turned out to be the flasher behind the cigarette lighter.
