Apparently a problem with the Park/Neutral switch. When ignition is turned off, the solenoid in the steering column is not activating to release the key. I have to use the manual release button. Looking for schematic or any guidance in diagnosing and adjusting or replacement of switch on the trans.

 

The switch is normally closed and the pin falls in after the key is removed and locks the column if there is any side force on the pin to keep it from going in the key cant be removed. The bad part is there is a shovel welded inder the column.
