Question Another ABS question.

Hey guys & gals, thought Is get your feed back on this before I did anything. So here goes.I have an 01 Blazer and I've noticed my ABS light flash a few times. Now I've noticed when I take a curve and the weight shifts to the drivers side the light comes on and while parked and running if I turn all the way towards the drivers side the light will come on then go off again.I was thinking wheel bearing assembly.....what do you think?

Why were you thinking 'wheel bearing assembly'? Are you still thinking that?

Well,I kinda figured if the bearings are going bad it would put pressure on the ABS ring.My light started flashing in my Silver, then the wheel started grinding.

Hmm... Interesting. Do ABS sensors measure hub pressure on the bearing?

If they do, or even if they don't, I'd probably get a new bearing installed, then attack ABS diagnostics afterward... Seized bearings WILL ignite brake fluid, just as fast as pad rivets on the bare rotor. Seen it happen...

Don't think bearings will bring up the ABS light. Never did when I had to replace the hub on the driver side anyways. Take the fuse out and see how it works, could be a sensor gone bad also.
