Default Autel Maxidas

I came across a friend of mine that is selling his scan tool. I have looked at the unit but have not had a chance to use it personally. I do know for a fact that it does work. (Saw him use it) Anyhoo my question is will the Autel Maxidas scan tool work for our ABS bleeding procedure? I have a 2000 blazer 2wd 2door. He said it will but I want to make sure before I shell out that kind of dough. I looked on the Internet and couldn't see if it will or will not work with the abs. I'm not buying it just because of the abs, I will be using this frequently. Thank you in advance for the help.

Got a model number? Or you could always plug it in and see what it will read.

I do not have the model number. He told me I could borrow it and see. He also said it does have a selection on the scanner for abs so I'm thinking it could work. I'm assuming different models do different things. Can any of the Autel Maxidas scanners bleed the blazers abs? I can get the model number tomorrow evening and let you know if that's a better solution or like you said plug it in and see. Thank you for the reply 😁

Yeah, get the model or if he has the manual, or just plug it in.

Ok I got the scanner today from my buddy. It's a Autel Maxidas DS708. It has no manual with it.... Bummer!!!! Do you think it will work for the ABS? I'm getting ready to go out and play with it for a little while. I also have a miss I'm trying to figure out. It has live data so should be able to tell me where it is. Thank you again for your help

Autel maxidiag has many models, and its supporting models can also be searched on the official website. Whether it works or not depends on whether others have used it or consult the official technical support
