Default Battery drain--Trans fuse

New member, '97 4x4, battery has started to run down. Presently on 3rd different battery. Have pulled all fuses and have isolated the 'trans' fuse. Using a test light between battery and cable, light is bright with the ignition off. Pull the fuse, battery will be fine in morning-Leave fuse in, battery is dead in morning. Would like to know what else is on this circuit. Don't have owners' manual. Problem started 5 days ago. Had been using everyday. Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
