Blazer dash lights strobe when I hook up my battery with no keys in the ignition
So I was driving my 98 4.3 blazer and it would surge and my dash and lights would go crazy so I saw an oil leak on my intake manifold so I fixed it plugged in my battery and all my dash lights would strobe not flash and no keys in the ignition...im thinking it's my ECU/ECM any help on this would be amazing
