Hey guys, I have a 2003 ZR2, one day over the summer I noticed my dome lights were out, all of them, I also noticed that the indicator light for the 2WD, 4WD, and 4LO were out. I could not shift out of 2WD, I checked the door fuses, found # 8 was blown, replaced it and everything was fine. The dome lights worked and the 4WD worked perfectly. About the week later the fuse blew again. I replaced it and that one blew a few days later. It has now gotten to the point that when fuse in it will blow right away as soon as I put it in.
My friend checked the 4WD module by the front passenger seat and said that everything looked okay there....but he is not 100% sure that would cause this anyhow.
I'm *guessing* that I have a bare wire rubbing somewhere....does anyone have any idea where it may be...(any known trouble spots?) or any other ideas on what could cause just this fuse to blow?
It really sucks driving in the winter time with no functional 4WD.
thanks!!!

Fuse #8 is the CTSY LP fuse (10A) and does power the TCCM. Did your friend pull the connection to the TCCM and check for corrosion? If not, I would do that first. Corrosion on this pin could cause it to draw more power than the fuse is rated for.
Other than that, you would need to dig into the CTSY LP circuit.
