right next to the brake booster on the engine side i have a broken blue and white wire heading to above the bell housing and down to idk where

i want to just make a new line to where ever this wire leads to

i have a 1997 blazer 2 door 5spd

pleaseee help me

its a brand new engine in it non started so cant tell you about any DTC's and it may be the reason why my engine cant start but i dont think so

 

May I suggest pictures if possible? I am sure I don't know but from looking on the forums people who post pictures with issues like this seem to get good responses (it's the closest thing to being there I would assume)
