Yea, my dad can't understand why i need a tach on an automatic. I've grown up on nothing but standard shift. But its my winter beater. I just like tachs. Plus eventually i need to adjust the shift points, if i can. it seems to shift at like 3500-4000rpm in 3rd gear, under regular acceleration. . No matter if its in OD or D. I also figured out it likes middle grade gas better. Go figure.
