Default Does anyone know what voltage for the delay wire for wipers ?

My wife 2005 Blazer's pulse wipers work but no control of the delay no matter where you turn the switch in the delay it's just normal speed ( no delay ) from what I read the gray control wire at the wiper motor is supposed to change voltage when you turn the sw from fast to slow I checked for voltage and it's only goes between about 10.4- 11.5 volts . Is that normal or is the switch not dropping the voltage enough for the wiper module to adjust the speed ? Thanks Al

Well after I found some info on how these things worked and was waiting for some free time to check it out again we used the Blazer last night and it started to rain a little so by habit I used the delay , son-of-a-gun ! It was working correctly now !!! Maybe for disconnecting and reconnecting the terminals fixed it ? idk but I'm leaving well enough alone for now . Next thing though will be a new O2 sensor and MAF cleaning to get the check engine light to go off

If you have the problem again, check the cold solder joints on the wiper board. It is a known issue on these trucks.
