Default dome light and doors

I realize there is a switch in the door that can turn on the dome lights.

My dome light does not come on when you open the doors, any door... including hatch.

If it was just one door id assume it could be a switch but every door...?

If you press the dome override button the light comes on so dome does work.

Is there some other switch/fuse that all the doors go through before heading to the dome?

I have the same problem and am trying to find the CKT690 relay, but so far haven't located it.

If the lights come on with the dome override switch, then you have a problem with a door switch constantly completing the circuit. The dome override disconnects the circuit prior to the door switches and will not turn them on if all doors are closed and switches operating properly.

You need to test each door switch independently. If you cannot find the problem at the switches, then it might be a short to ground in the wiring.

As far as your question at the end of your post, no, there is not another switch/fuse that this circuit runs through that would cause your symptoms.
