Default Dome lights won't go out...temporary fix

I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer and my dome lights would not turn off there is a box next to your OBD plug or underneath it that is for delay when you get out of the vehicle and it the lights go off like 20 seconds after you get out I unplug that box and my problem went away the doors are shut the doors the lights and go back off my battery with charge I had no more parasitic draw made me a happy camper I hope that could help somebody thank you

1. Have you turned off the interior lights switch?

2. A parasitic draw of dome light batteries often happends on the flip down visor, flip that down and see if the pressure button actually turns off the mirror lights.
