Hello everybody
After my driver side door striker welded and adjusted the alarm of open door always on even if I close the door. I know there are little melt wire behind the striker but the workshop tell me it's already there before they work on it.
Can anyone tell me where I should start to fix it ?
thank you

Anyone have this problem before?

The electrical wire with chafed/missing insulation is a lot of trouble waiting to happen. Worst could be your truck burns!
Fix this problem. The shop telling you that it has been there before is no excuse. If you are lucky the fuse already went out, so there is no power to the damaged wiring.
The door locks can be adjusted by just loosing the bolts on the lock pin a bit. Make sure you know why it is hard. Also check if the door is not sagging and touches the lower door sill. Do not turn the bolts (I guess large TORX) more than 1 turn, else the back plate may fall into the B-pillar.
Especially aft lights can do this if there is a bad connection to ground somewhere or a short within the wiring. Then you can have these symptoms with various lights being on with the brakes and funny blinking stuff when using the turn signal. Usually not the wiring itself but bad contacts in the lamp holder. Remove carefully, check, clean. Check the connectors to the lamps.

I check for overhead there is no power because of burned CTSY LP Fuse then I got another problem that right turn signal always on then I check underwood fuse box VECHMSL also burned after change all problem is solved. But I didn't check or replace the burned connector I find same my car so I will go there and remove the connector from it and I will upload the picture of it.
I will clean the bulbs connector and I hope they work fine after that. Can I use contact cleaner spray ?
thank you
