Default Driver door lock issue

Hello. 2000 2wd Blazer is what I'm working on. I have a question about the power locks. First off I tried searching and Noone has had my particular problem. OK my problem is on the driver side the door will lock but not unlock. The vehicle does have an aftermarket alarm. The locks themselves will not work weather vehicle is on or off. When I use my key fob the driver door will lock but not unlock. Passenger door unlocks and locks ONLY with keyfob from aftermarket alarm. I ran a jumper from the alarm brain box to the actuator on the door and it worked as it should with key fob so I thought I was the switch so I replaced the switch thinking this would correct the problem. It did not but I do have nice door switches now. Is there anywhere I need to be looking? I converted this blazer all over to power using harness and all other wiring from the donor. All the wiring was in great shape. Thank you for any insight yal might have. Any help is much appreciated.

EDIT: the fuse under hood blows when I push lock or unlock on the switch. Guessing a short somewhere.

Ok so I took wiring to actuator off and tested for power. On lock it has 11.42 unlock it has .02 volts so I know that is my problem but I do not know where to go from here unless I just start tracing wires.

I added an aftermarket keyless entry to my blazer, mainly because the aftermarket was cheaper than getting an OEM keyfob. That being said, I would start by checking that the aftermarket alarm is properly connected to the control box in the driver side kick panel. If that isn't done properly it could cause these issues you are experiencing. The aftermarket alarm you have does it also control your keyless entry? Also did you import the actual keyless entry box from the donor vehicle? or are you relying on the aftermarket alarm for control of everything?

Thanks for the response! The blazer was non-power when I got it. I gutted the inside and got a power harness out of same year blazer that was full power. Got everything power on the inside of it. I just got around to putting the power doors on. The donor doors were in better shape then my originals. Yes.... alarm was dedicated only to lock and unlock doors and for the rear actuator. I wanted the actual door lock switches to work as well as the alarm itself. When I had everything hooked up I'm guessing it bypassed the factory lock and unlock switches because both driver and passenergy side did not work for some reason. I actually just hpoked it back like I had it and ran the wires directly from the alarm to the actuators. Key fob works but switches do not now. Guess that's the price I pay. I would like the switches to work though. Guessing I'll have to get the installer to resolve it rather me tracing wires.
