ECM IGN fuse blows when I start my 97 blazer

Default ECM IGN fuse blows when I start my 97 blazer

I have a 97 blazer wont start .when i turn key it shorts out fuse #10 Ecm ign

That fuse powers your ignition coil, ignition control module, and fuel injectors. If there's a short in any of the wiring to those components, it would cause the fuse to blow. Just for kicks, try unplugging the coil and see if the fuse stops blowing. That probably isn't the problem, but it only takes a minute to check it.

in addition, if it still blows, unplug the ICM, Injector harness plug, and see if it still occurs, if so you have to go deeper into the wiring.
