Default Electrical Pulsation

I have a 2001 LT with a 4.3. The lights both interior and exterior pulsate at low RPM or when decelareting and the volt meter drops off and then recovers. I have replaced the Battery, Drive Belt, Altenator, and Belt Tensioner. Still no improvement. Any ideas?

Could it be the alternator not keeping up at low rpm? Do you have a lot of accessories? did you upgrade the alternator, or just replace w/stock?

I replaced it with one that is a little higher amperage but it still does the same thing as the old altenator. At idle you can still see the dash lights pulsate, but when you rev above 1000 Rpm everything is normal.

That is what I would check is all the grounds, even the positive cable on the battery, connections at the alt.
